"Centered"
"Third Line"
After taking some shots of my dog with one of her being centered in the photo and the other one of her positioned on one side of the photo, I learned a couple things. I learned that by taking a picture of her positioned center in the picture, she is the main focus and everything is concentrated on her. With the "third line" photo, I found that she is still the main concentration in the photo, but their are also other features in the photo that make it more unique. My favorite photo I took of her was the one of her centered in the photograph.

The first picture of your dog (centered) is awesome. Your dog is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteCody I have to agree that the picture of your dog centered is better. The one using the thirds really diminishes his importance in the picture. I think we have to go with not all pictures should follow all the rules- they are just guidelines. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteCute dog. I love the 2nd picture the best. Even though the main focus isnt the dog but I still think it all just flows.
ReplyDeleteI love the second one with the dog looking up and then the rest of the stuff in the background. It's busy, but you can tell that the dog is the main focus.
